AV Equipment Needs:
Two speakers (600w or 800w works for this) (in rock room)
Two speaker stands (make sure they fit in the speaker before you leave) (in rock room)
Amp with power cord (in rock room)
Two 1/4in. TRS Speaker Cables (in rock room)
1 power strip (2 are needed for 5 or more wireless microphones) (in rock room)
Wireless Mic Kits (6 were used in these images) (in rock room)
Gaff tape (in AV Equipment room)
Two extra batteries for every microphone. (6 microphones = 12 extra batteries) (in AV equipment room)

Place speaker stands and speakers in desired location. |  |  |

Use Gaff Tape on any sections of cable that run across walking paths. Do the same thing for the other side. |  |  |
Plug the 1/4in TRS Speaker cables into the back of the amp. Plug the power cord into the amp. Plug in the power cords on the front of the bleachers. Plug the wireless microphone receiver power cords in on the power strip and the back of each receiver. |  |  |
Plug in the yellow XLR cables to the back of the wireless microphone receivers. Plug the yellow XLR cables into the front of the amp in an order that makes sense to you. |  |  |
The bottom row of white knobs above each yellow XLR cable controls the volume. Adjust these as necessary. (If a mic is left “on”, you’ll want to turn the volume up and down as needed for that mic.) The red knob is the master control for all audio. Instructions to speakers:
When it is your turn to speak, turn on the microphone by pushing the black power button.
A green light will appear and you can talk.
Hold the microphone up to your mouth and keep it there while you speak.
When you are finished speaking, shut the microphone off by hitting the power button again.
The green light will turn off when the microphone is off.
