Familiarize yourself with the equipment in the room

TV

To turn the TV on press the power button (outlined in red).

To bring up the input menu, press the “source” button (outlined in green).

To switch inputs, use the arrow up and down buttons (outlined in gold).

If the remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries with fresh ones.

To change inputs; press the ‘Input’ button (outlined in green). An input source display will pop-up on the top right corner of the TV where you can select the input using the up or down arrows.

Turn off when you are not using the speakers/amplifier/mixer.

Room Audio

If the mixer is off, use the switch to turn it on. (outlined in green)

The master volume knob and controls audio from the mixer to the speakers. (outlined in gold)

The light, outlined in red, on the mixer indicates power.

The bass and treble knobs should be pointed straight up in the middle for the most balanced audio.

Inputs

Stereo 3 - Guest Audio

Note: The rest of the inputs are not in use. Leave these turned off (to the left).

Amplifier

The power button is outlined in red. This should be on in order to send audio to the speakers.

The Channel Knobs are outlined in gold. These should be on in order to send audio to the speakers.

Note: If the audio is distorted, turn down Channel knobs A and B to remove the distortion.

Note: All audio adjustments should be made on the Shure mixer.
