  1. Come down to the Helpdesk.

  2. Setup and connect both your phone and the device to the Helpdesk Hotspot. The password is Knox1837

  3. You can find the MAC address using the Google Home app > tap on your device icon > tap on the gear cog icon top right > scroll down to the bottom of that page.

  4. With your MAC address, register the device on this form: http://knoxaccess.knox.edu/registration/GameRegister.html

  5. Wait for around a minute before continuing/restarting the device setup while making sure that both your phone and the Google Home are connected to KnoxTronics.

  6. Follow the prompts on your Google Home app.

    Note: This essentially means that you might have to go through the setup process twice, that is completely normal and expected.
