Creating Members and Assigning Licenses:

1. The person creating the user accounts must have “Creator” rights on my.esri.com

2. The creator logs in to my.esri.com

3. Now follow the instructions on the arcgis.com website:
   https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/get-started/set-up-an-arcgis-online-organization.htm
   The new member instructions about 2/3 of the way down the page.

   1. Do not email the new members as part of the process. Provide the information to the new member directly or provide the information to the course instructor.

   2. Whenever possible, import the new members via a CSV file.

4. Assign the licenses per the instructions on the arcgis.com website:
   https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/get-started/assign-named-user-licenses-in-arcgis-online.htm

   1. Assign the AcrGIS Pro program.

   2. Assign all extensions as well.
