Familiarize yourself with the AV Equipment
TV
To turn the TV on press the power button (outlined in red).
To bring up the input menu, press the “source” button (outlined in green).
To switch inputs, use the arrow up and down buttons (outlined in gold).
If the remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
To change inputs; press the ‘Input’ button (outlined in green). An input source display will pop-up on the top right corner of the TV where you can select the input using the up or down arrows.

TV Screen Sharing
On the TV, select Screen Sharing from the inputs menu.
It is on the next page so you will have to arrow down past the Home Network (DLNA).
Next steps on your laptop:
Open the start menu in the bottom left corner of your computer screen. Choose settings.
In the settings window choose 'System'.
On the displayed page, scroll to the bottom and find the image shown below:
Click on ‘Connect to a wireless display’.
After you’ve clicked on ‘Connect to a wireless display’, the screen shown below will appear:
Select ‘AQUOS' from the Wireless display menu.
You are now successfully connected, the screen from your laptop should now display on the TV as shown below:
Disconnecting the Wireless Display
A toolbar will pop up at the top-center of your laptop screen. Click on it to view your wireless connection settings. Or directly click on ‘Disconnect’ to end your wireless connection display.
Power Supply
Note: Shut it off when not in use.
The green light (outlined below) indicates that the power supply is turned on.
Main PC
When the PC is on, the power button light illuminates WHITE.
If you find the PC turned off, press the power button once.
Jiggle the mouse or press the keyboard to wake the computer.
Sign in to the computer with your username and password.
When finished, log off of the main PC and shut down the computer.
Troubleshooting the computer
If you think the PC is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shut down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button once to turn it on.
CD Player
Press the power button (highlighted in red on left side).
Press source button until you see CD on the screen (highlighted in teal).
Press eject button (highlighted in gold).
Insert the DVD into the tray and close it using the eject button.
Hit play (highlighted in green)
Bluetooth Connection
Press the power button (highlighted in red on left side).
Press source button (highlighted in teal) until you get to Bluetooth
The TASCM CD screen would look like this when you reach bluetooth.
Press pairing / back button (highlighted in gold)until you see pairing on the screen.
The TASCM CD screen would look like this when you reach bluetooth.
Go to you device and turn on the bluetooth.
Once you turn on the bluetooth, select CD-400U.
You are now paired with the TASCM CD device. You screen will look like this when you paired.
Room Audio
Note: Make all audio adjustments on the main PC, laptop, or Bluetooth device first.
For the main PC:
Click the speaker icon (outlined in red).
Drag the slider on the bar left to turn down and right to turn up the volume (outlined in green).
The computer volume is muted if you see the speaker icon with an “x” next to it (outlined in red/green).
To unmute the computer, click the speaker icon with the “x” that is outlined in green.
Bose Controlspace Controller - Audio controls here
Turn the knob left/right for the appropriate device connection.
Press the knob in to mute the channel. Press it again to unmute the channel.
Knob 1: Guest Audio (Hanging from the AV cabinet)
Knob 2: TV (Wrapped up on top of the AV cabinet)
Knob 3: TASCAM CD-400U
Knob 4: Bluetooth
Amplifier
Note: Do not make any changes on the amplifier.
Sound Processor
Note: No controls available.
Bose Wall Speakers
There are 4 Bose speakers on the walls around the room. Here are 2 (the other two are across the room):
Bose Subwoofer Speakers
Note: No controls available.
These provide the Bass to the audio in CFA 156. These should be connected to the wall plates nearby.
