About:
Knox College is currently licensed for 50 active members (users) if ArcGIS Pro. All members must be assigned a license via ESRI’s “named user licensing” process. Members must be created and managed by those with the appropriate ArcGIS Pro User Type. Once created, the members must be made aware of the username and password to login to ArcGIS Pro.

Creating Members and Assigning Licenses:
The person creating the user accounts must have “Creator” rights on my.esri.com
The creator logs in to my.esri.com

Whenever possible, import the new members via a CSV file.
