Login Instructions

Logging into the My Housing Portal can be tricky . Incoming students will receive an email from campus life on or around the 15th of July each year. You will NOT be able to access My Housing Portal until you receive the email. Once you receive the email, login instructions will also be provided. You may also follow these instructions below -

  1. Open My.Knox.

  2. Log in to your My.Knox.

  3. On the left sidebar you will find My Apps and below that you will find Knox Apps as a collapsible menu.

  4. Click on Knox Apps and look for MyHousing.

  5. Click on MyHousing and you will be navigated to a login page.

  6. Here, you enter your username which is the first part of your Knox email address(excluding the @knox.edu part) and your Knox account’s password.

  7. You will be logged in to your MyHousing.
