Google Groups - Set up Auto Replies

Set up auto replies

Requires the Owner or Manager role.

  1. Sign in to Google Groups.

  2. Click the name of a group.

  3. On the left, go to Group settings, then Email options.

  4. In the Auto replies section, check the boxes next to the replies that you want to turn on and then enter a message.

    You can set up separate auto replies for internal and external members and non-members.

  5. Click Save changes.
