How to Connect your SmartTV to Knoxtronics

Step 1: Find the MAC Address. You will need this for registering your device. See the corresponding section for further details on finding the MAC address, or if you already know how to find it, skip to step 2.

Step 2: Connect the device to the Knoxtronics Wi-Fi. The password is AsDfGW2481632

• How you are able to connect to the Wi-Fi depends on which device you are using. On more recent models of SmartTVs it is fairly similar, there should be an area in settings called “Network,” “Wi-Fi,” or “Wireless,” where you will be able to add Knoxtronics.

• For Roku devices, there is an additional step: you must have your phone connected on Knoxtronics in order to pair it with the Roku and complete the setup of the device.

Step 3: You will not be able to access the internet without registering the device. Register the device on the Browserless Game Machine Device Registration form

The Device Registration Form can be found by navigating to http://knoxaccess.knox.edu/registration/GameRegister.jsp

• For device type, select “Other”

• Requests are processed overnight at midnight
