ArcGIS Pro - Using ArcGIS Pro Offline

In order to use ArcGIS Pro offline (typically on a laptop), end-users must Authorize the software using the process below. This Authorization will need to be removed once the device is back on the Knox network.

Authorizing (Checking a License Out)

  1. You must be connected to the Knox College network

  2. Start ArcGIS.

  3. Follow the instructions from the upper portion of this arcgis.com page:

Deauthorizing (Check an Offline License In)

  1. You must be connected to the Knox College network

  2. Start ArcGIS.

  3. Follow the instructions from the lower half of this page of the arcgis.com website:
