Note: iPhone process steps may be different from Android. This setup process essentially runs the setup process twice, this is completely normal and expected.

1. Unbox and connect your Google Home Device to a power source.

2. Download and install the Google Home app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Once installed, open up the Google Home App and proceed with setting up your device.

4. When the setup gets to the screen where it asks you to connect to a WiFi, press the three dots in the top right corner and select “Show MAC Address“.

5. Register the device on this form: http://knoxaccess.knox.edu/registration/GameRegister.html

6. Wait 2 minutes then restart the device.

7. Temporarily connect your smartphone to KnoxTronics.

8. Connect to the Google Home device by using the smartphone’s Google Home app.

9. Complete the setup of the device using the Google Home app. Note: Set it up with KnoxTronics

10. Follow the prompts on your Google Home app to complete the final setup.

11. Once the device setup is completed, reconnect your smartphone to Knox-Wireless.
