Step one:
Open a web browser, type https://fortysix.knox.edu:8443 into the address bar.
Once the FortiClient portal opens enter your Knox Domain username and password to log in.
Once logged in you will get a 2FA notification from Microsoft Azure. Accept and proceed. Download the FortiClient for your operating system and install it.
Once the FortiClient is installed you will see a shortcut show up on your desktop.
Double click the FortiClient VPN shortcut. Enter the following information in Configure VPN and save.
Configure VPN using the settings shown in the image below:
After saving, click the SAML login button where you will be prompted to enter your Knox username and password to get connected.
If the connection is not established and you see this error uninstall the Forticlient and use the download link below to download and reinstall the latest Forticlient.
