Step 1: Setup and connect both your phone and the device to KnoxTronics. The password is AsDfGW2481632

Step 2:

You can find the MAC address using the Google Home app > tap on your device icon > tap on the gear cog icon top right > scroll down to the bottom of that page.

With your MAC address, register the device on this form: http://knoxaccess.knox.edu/registration/GameRegister.html

Step 3: Wait for around a minute before continuing/restarting the device setup while making sure that both your phone and the Google Home are connected to KnoxTronics.

Step 4: Follow the prompts on your Google Home app.

Note: This essentially means that you might have to go through the setup process twice, that is completely normal and expected.
