The Issue
End-users report they are missing files in Google Drive.
The Solution (for the moment):
- Open Google Drive
- Type an * (asterick) in the Search bar
- Click Search
This will "reset" the user's Google drive. All files should no be visible.

Cody Boal: I have run into the same weird error as is being reported, the one thing I noticed was that if I had opened the file on my phone than switched apps it would dissapear on the computer, though when I brought it back up on the phone, it reappeared again... No idea why but might help in the future
