  2. Click File
  3. Click Options
  4. Click Trust Center
  5. Click Trust Center Settings
  6. Uncheck all of the boxes as show:



  7. Click OK
  8. Click OK to close the Excel options page.
  9. You should now be able to open the downloaded file.
