Disabling Windows 10 S Mode
- The computer will need to have a full internet connection. Have a User Services member maually pass if needed.
- In Windows 10 Settings, select Update & Security.
- Select Activation. You should find "Switch to Windows 10 Home" or similar. Click Go to the Store.
- Once the Microsoft Store opens, it should bring you to a screen titled "Switch out of S mode". Click the Get button. Then click the Install button (this might take a moment to appear; it will be in the same place as the Get button).
- After about five seconds, S Mode will be disabled and you can install programs and applications from the internet, such as Bradford and antivirus programs.
