If you think the PC is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shut down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button once to turn it on.

Credentials to login

Pick one of two ways to log in.

  • Log in with your account.

  • Log in with the generic account.

Room Audio

Note: Make all audio adjustments on the main PC.

  • Click the speaker icon (outlined in red).

  • Drag the slider on the bar left to turn down and right to turn up the volume (outlined in green).

The computer volume is muted if you see the speaker icon with an “x” next to it (outlined in red/green).

  • To unmute the computer, click the speaker icon with the “x” that is outlined in green.

Amplifier

Do not use any buttons other than power button.

The light highlighted power button is outlined in red indicates power. If the amplifier is turned off, press this button to turn on the amplifier.

Mixer

Mackie CFX20 MKII Mixer

The light outlined in red indicates the presence of power.

If the mixer isn’t powered on, proceed to “Turn on Mixer“ section.

The key fader outlined in green controls volume from the mixer is the Master volume. This must be turned up to produce any sound.

The section outlined in gold are XLR microphone inputs.

After selecting microphones from the bin, adjust the keys faders on the mixer accordingly. Ensure that the main key is leveled up.

Note: Do not fade any key suddenly. Make sure to increase keys gradually.

Turn on Mixer

The switch outlined in red can be used to turn on the Mixer.

Turn on the DVD / VCR Player using the power button(highlighted in red).

Choose DVD or VCR from the section highlighted in gold.

Use Eject button (highlighted in green) to open the tray.

Insert DVD/VHS and hit play.

To lower the projector screen: Switch DOWN

To raise the projector screen: Switch UP

To stop the screen at one position: Leave the switch
