Tap “Knox-Wireless”
Scroll down until you see “Private Wi-Fi Address”
If it is green, turn it off so that it appears gray.
A pop-up may appear that says “Turning off private address will temporarily interrupt your Wi-Fi connection. Network activity will be temporarily interrupted.”
Tap “Continue”. Back on the Knox-Wireless page, “Private Wi-Fi Address” should now be gray.

Register your iPhone, iPad, iOS device
Go to the Home screen
Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Go to knoxaccess.knox.edu

When the registration page appears, follow the on screen instructions.
Tap “Agree”
You will be brought to the next page

Tap option 1: “Students, Faculty, Staff, and Constituents who have a permanent Knox Account”
You will be brought to the next page.
For your username, type your full email address.
Your password is the same as your email password.
Tap “Download”
You will see a page that says “Success. You have successfully registered on the network. Please wait XX seconds while your network connection is established.” with a progress bar below that. Wait until the progress bar is completed.
A pop-up will appear that says “Your network connection has been reconfigured. Please close and reopen your browser.”
Tap “Close”
Close the Tab and the browser.
Reopen the browser and go to a website.
Your Android is now registered on the Knox-Wireless Network.
