The cart where the projector is sitting on has a power strip built on it, by plugging it into power you would be able to plug in your projector and make it functional.
Room audio
Note: Make all audio adjustments on the main PC first.
Click the speaker icon (outlined in red).
Drag the slider on the bar left to turn down and right to turn up the volume (outlined in green).

The computer volume is muted if you see the speaker icon with an “x” next to it (outlined in red/green).
To unmute the computer, click the speaker icon with the “x” that is outlined in green.
Projector

To turn on the projector, press the power button (outlined in red) once while pointing the remote at the front of the projector.
Turning on the projector: Press “On” once (outlined in red).

To turn off the projector, press the power button twice.

Projecting
Plug the projector into the power strip on the projector cart along with your laptop. Plug the cart’s power cable into an available power outlet.
There an HDMI cable attached to the back of the projector, by plugging the other end into your computer; you will be able to display the content from your laptop on the projector screen.
Projector screen
The projector screen is manual and there is a string at the bottom center.

To lower the screen, pull down on the string and let go near the chalkboard shelf for full extension.
