To find the ID of the device you’re using, look at the base of the camera on the Kaptivo. This room’s code is: FRCVQP
To begin, go to kaptivo.com.
In the top right hand corner, click Connect to Kaptivo.
Enter the Kaptivo ID and then view the board.
For SMC A204, the Kaptivo ID is: FRCVQP

Press the button to connect the Kaptivo to the computer.
Enter your name when prompted.
Use the whiteboard.
Save your whiteboards on the computer.
Send the whiteboards to yourself for upload to your course/students.

Projector
To turn on: Press the power button once. Wait for the projection to load. Might take a minute.

Freeze: This button will “freeze” the projection. The display will stay the same regardless of what you do in the computer. Press the button again to “unfreeze” and the projection will go on as usual.

This is an electric To lower the projector screen. There is a control panel on the wall next to the projector screen (outlined in red), press the up and down arrows to lift or pull down the screen: Press DOWN
To raise the projector screen: Press UP
To stop the screen at one position: Press STOP
Do not attempt to raise or lower the screen manually.

When pulling the projector screen down, the limit is marked by the chalkboard shelf, their dimension are almost identical so the screen simply will cover the chalkboardis fully extended, it will almost touch the chalkboard shelf.
