Troubleshooting
Scenario 1: Error message while creating work profile
Solution: Go to Google Account settings menu then remove all version of the users Knox account. There may be a personal section and work section, check both for a Knox account. Once the Knox account has been removed from the personal and work section, follow the video guide on creating a work profile.

Solution: When a work profile is created there are separate apps specifically for use with their Knox account. Ensure the user is using the work profile apps and not the personal apps. (Work profile apps have a small blue briefcase over the normal app icon)Scenario 3: User is not signed into their Knox account, but there’s still a work profile section on the phone.
Solution: Ensure the Knox profile isn’t signed into the personal section and the work section, then search for “Uninstall work profile” within the settings menu. Once the work profile is uninstalled, try adding the account again.
(Some phones have this option, and some do not)Scenario 4: User’s contacts were split between the Personal and Work contact.
Solution: For now, the best solution is to go into the work contacts app, highlight the contacts you need to move, then open the settings and select share. There you should be able to text the contacts to the same phone you are using. Then open the messenger app and download the contacts you just texted to yourself.
