How to project with audio from room speakers SETUP

  1. Set the laptop on the microwave.

  2. Plug the laptop into power (has a tag on it).

  1. Connect HDMI to laptop.

  1. Connect 3.5mm to laptop.

  1. Lower projector screen.

  1. Turn on the projector using the remote.

  1. Audio output on the laptop should be set to “headphones”, not Epson.

  1. Projection and audio should now work.

  2. If the volume needs to be louder, open the lockbox (need a key) and turn the “level” knob.

  1. Adjust bass and treble as needed.

  1. Close and lock lockbox.

  2. Leave HDMI and 3.5mm cable hiding behind the microwave. 

TEARDOWN

  1. Shut off volume on laptop. 

  2. Unplug power for amplifier from power strip. (Do not plug it back in)

  3. Unplug HDMI and 3.5mm cables.

  4. Make sure everything is back how it was.

**AV USE ONLY

  1. Turn off the projector.

  2. Put the projector screen back if used.

  3. Return equipment back to the office that you brought with.
