\uD83D\uDCD8 How to connect to the Knox Guest Access on your Device

Note

Important: If your device is currently registered in FortiNAC, these steps will not work. You should continue to use Knox-Wireless.

  1. Go to Home Screen

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap WiFi/WiFi Settings

    1. (Only if you tapped WiFi Settings) Scroll down to Wifi Networks.

  4. Tap Knox Guest Access

    1. (iPhone users only) Tap the blue icon beside the Knox Guest Access and turn off private WiFi address.

  5. Tap Connect

  6. Go to a web browser of choice (Google Chrome, Safari etc)

  7. If not automatically prompted, go to knoxaccess.knox.edu

  8. When the page opens, follow the on screen instructions.

  9. You will then have 24 hours access to the WiFi.

You will need to redo these steps for every 24 hours 7-day period that you need WiFi Access.
