\uD83D\uDCD8 How to connect to the Knox Guest Access on your Device

Important: If your device is currently registered in FortiNAC, these steps will not work. You should continue to use Knox-Wireless

You will need to redo these steps for every 7-day period that you need WiFi Access.

  1. Go to the Home Screen on your device.

  2. Tap Open Settings

  3. Tap WiFi/WiFi Settings

    1. (Only if you tapped WiFi Settings) Scroll down to Wifi Networks.

  4. Tap Open Network or Wi-Fi Settings

  5. Select Knox Guest Access

    1. (iPhone users only) Tap the blue icon beside the Knox Guest Access and turn off private WiFi address.All mobile devices (including laptops) should disable “Random MAC address” or “Private Wi-Fi address”. Refer to this link for directions: Mobile Device Issue - MAC address on Knox Networks

  6. Tap Connect

  7. Go to a web browser of your choice (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  8. If not automatically prompted, go to knoxaccess.knox.edu

  9. When the page opens, follow the on screen instructions.

  10. You will then have 24 hours access to the WiFi.

  3. Get Connected To Knox Network⭐ have to use a valid email address to receive your password via email.

  4. You will then have 7 days before needing to repeat these steps to be registered on the Knox Guest Access network.
