- Open your Google Calendar App.
- Locate the desired calendar under My Calendars and hover your mouse of the desired calendar.
- Click the "three dots" to the right of the calendar name.
- Click "Edit notificationsSettings and Sharing".
Check the desired boxes on this page for which email notifications you wish to receive.
- Choose desired SMS (text messaging) boxes for to receive SMS (Text) messages for a given circumstance. See this link to setup SMS (Text) messaging for Google Calendar.
- Click the Save button to save your new settings.Scroll down to "Other Notifications"
- Click the dropdown box to select the desired notification option.
- Click the back arrow next to settings to return to your calendar.
