Google Calendar / Room Reservation Notifications

About:

End Users may wish to setup notifications as to when a reservation is made or changed on this calendar.

How to automatically receive notifications of calendar events 

(SMC-ITS Conference Room is being used in this example)

  1. Open your Google Calendar App.
  2. Locate the desired calendar under My Calendars and hover your mouse of the desired calendar.
  3. Click the "three dots" to the right of the calendar name.



  4. Click "Settings and Sharing"



     
  5. Scroll down to "Other Notifications"

  6. Click the dropdown box to select the desired notification option.



     
  7. Click the back arrow next to settings to return to your calendar.
