End Users may wish to setup notifications as to when a reservation is made or changed on this calendar.

How to automatically receive notifications of calendar events 

(SMC-ITS Conference Room is being used in this example)

  1. Open your Google Calendar App.
  2. Locate the desired calendar under My Calendars and hover your mouse of the desired calendar.
  3. Click the "three dots" to the right of the calendar name.

  4. Click "Edit notifications".



     
  5. Check the desired boxes on this page for which email notifications you wish to receive.



     
  6. Choose desired SMS (text messaging) boxes for to receive SMS (Text) messages for a given circumstance.  See this link to setup SMS (Text) messaging for Google Calendar.
     
  7. Click the Save button to save your new settings.
