You will need to redo these steps for every 7-day period that you need WiFi Access.

  1. Go to the Home Screen on your device.

  2. Open Settings

  3. Open Network or Wi-Fi Settings

  4. Select Knox Guest Access

    1. All mobile devices (including laptops) should disable “Random MAC address” or “Private Wi-Fi address”. Refer to this link for directions: Mobile Device Issue - MAC address on Knox Networks

  5. Tap Connect

  6. Go to a web browser of your choice (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  7. If not automatically prompted, go to knoxaccess.knox.edu

  8. When the page opens, follow the on screen instructions.

  9. You have to use a valid email address to receive your password via email.

  10. You will then have 7 days before needing to repeat these steps to be registered on the Knox Guest Access network.

Note: All users must register their device.
