Wireless Configuration – Windows 11
Important: If you have attempted to connect to Wi-Fi by way of the Knox Guest Access network, these steps will not work.
Make sure to forget the Knox Guest Access network prior to connecting to Knox-Wireless.
To connect to Knox-Wireless on your device:
Step 1: Open the Settings app
Step 2: Select ‘Network and Internet’ in the sidebar and click Wi-Fi
Step 3: Click ‘Show Available Networks’ and click Knox-Wireless
Step 4: Click ‘Connect’
Step 5: Enter your Username (without @knox.edu) and Password and click ‘OK’
Step 6: Click ‘Connect’ if prompted with the following pop-up
Step 7: Upon successful connection, you should be ready to use the internet on your device
