Password Changed off Campus

For Windows Computers:

  • Sign into the computer with the old password, since the computer is not up to date on the network.

  • Sign into the wireless with the current password and Knox username

  • Lock the computer by pressing ctrl + alt + delete and then selecting the lock option

  • Sign back into the computer with the current password

This should make sure the machine syncs and forgets about the old password, the machine should be good to go.

 

For Phones (Apple and Android)

  • Forget the wireless and then sign in with the current password in the standard phone manner.

 

Important Notes:

  • Your account may be locked out during this process if you enter the wrong password into the account multiple times. Please wait 5 minutes without trying to enter a password and the account will unlock automatically.

  • Current password = the new password set while off campus

  • Old password = the previous password
