Scan / Copy / Fax

Scan

In order to scan using Knox machines, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click Alternative Login

  2. Use your username and password to log in

  3. You will see this screen next, click Services home at the top left on the machine

  1. After you clicked Services Home, you will see this screen, click E-mail

  1. Click add me if you would like to email the file yourself, go to new recipient if you would like to send it to someone else.

  1. Place the paper you would like to scan like shown below

  1. Hit Start, and the paper will be scanned for you.


Copy

In order to scan using Knox machines, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click Alternative Login

  2. Use your username and password to log in

  3. You will see this screen next, click Services home at the top left on the machine

  1. After you clicked Services Home, you will see this screen, click “Copy“

  1. Then click the green button at the bottom right

  1. You will then have to place the paper you want to scant in the right position, like following:

  1. Click Start again

  1. You will then see the scan printed


Fax

About

Knox College uses Continuoustouch Cloud Fax for all faxing on campus. This service will send and receive faxes for users registered with the system.

User Registration and Support

Faculty and Staff users: Send support@continuoustouch.com an email with the fax number and the email you want to add or delete. Continuoustouch sends invites to new users on their end.  Users can reach out to their support email directly for account issues and general support with the fax service.

Using Continuoustouch Cloud Fax

  1. Use your web browser to open: https://myhostedfax.com/fax/

  2. Login using your Continuoustouch username and password.
