Zoom Dual Monitors Feature

This feature projects a Zoom meeting window on each monitor. It is helpful when you would like to share your screen and see participants at the same time without toggling between windows.

Enabling the Dual Monitors Feature:

  1. Open the Zoom application and go to the Settings icon

 

2. Go to the General tab and check the “Use Dual Monitors” option

3. Once the box next to the option is blue, close the tab using the top right corner “X”

Utilizing the Dual Monitors Feature

  1. Once the feature is enabled, start a Zoom meeting. Both monitors should show identical meeting windows.

  2. Select the “Share Screen” option at the bottom of the page and choose which window to present.

  3. You should see your shared screen on one monitor and the Gallery/Participant view on your other monitor.
