Subscription Information

Knox has an “traditional” Jotform account which features a Master Account / Sub Account setup. This option is vastly less expensive than Jotform’s Enterprise edition.

Jotforms is web based and our information is hosted on Jotform’s servers.

HIPPA integration is available at an additional fee.

Limits

  • Sub Accounts: 100

  • Form Limit: 100 Forms

  • Monthly Submissions: 10,000

  • Available Server Space: 100 GB

  • Monthly Form Views: 1,000,000

  • Total Submission Storage: 100,000

  • Fields per form: 1,000

  • Monthly Payment Submissions: 1,000
