Virtual Meeting Kit - Minto/PTZ
This kit is best suited for a presentation style event with an open Q&A.
The camera is stationary and points at one location, like a presenter at a podium.
You can then share the screen to show the virtual participants the presentation.
The Evoko Minto picks up the audio from within the room and can also be used as the speaker if the room lacks speakers.
The PTZ camera and the Evoko Minto need to be plugged into the same computer to work together.
Plugging in the PTZ Camera
Plug the PTZ camera power cable into the back of the camera. Plug the other end into a power outlet.
Plug in the serial cable to the back of the camera.
Plug the USB into a USB port on the computer.
Selecting the PTZ Camera in your Virtual Meeting
Select ‘PTZ Pro Camera’ from the video source menu using the arrow icon next to the camera icon.
Plugging in the Evoko Minto
Plug the Evoko Minto power cable into the bottom of the device. Plug the other end into a power outlet.
Plug the micro-USB into the bottom of the Evoko Minto. Plug the USB into a USB port on the computer.
Connecting the Evoko Minto to your PC
Hardwire option
A hardwire connection is always the preferred choice to prevent audio drops.
Plug the micro-usb cable into the bottom of the Evoko Minto micro-usb port.
Plug the USB into the computer you are running the virtual meeting from.
Bluetooth option
Click on the Windows Search bar that is located at the bottom of your screen:
Next, on the search bar, you will type “Bluetooth.” The option of “Bluetooth and Devices” will come up. Click on it. Verify that Bluetooth is on. Your screen will look like this:
Next, go back to the Minto and turn it on. Press the “Power Button.” It will light up green and say “Power On” with the level of the current battery.
On your computer, below where you turn on “Bluetooth,” you will see the button “Add Device”, as shown above. Click on it.
Once you have clicked it, you will be then lead to this page:
Click the first option, “Bluetooth”.
On the Minto, you will then click on the “Bluetooth” button. The Minto will then light up Blue and say “Pairing Activated”.
Your computer will then take a couple of minutes to find your device to connect. Once it has found it, It will look like this:
Click on your device and it will then be connected to your computer. The Minto will then say “Pairing Complete.”

See under “Select a Microphone.” Set the microphone for “Evoko Minto (number will be based on your model).”
See under “Select a Speaker.” Set the speaker for “Evoko Minto (number will be based on your model).”
