Email / Password / Authenticator ⭐

Your Knox.edu email address is available to others in the Campus Directory.

As a student, you retain your knox.edu email address for 365 days from Commencement.

As a faculty or staff member, your knox.edu email address is shut off on your separation date from the college unless approved otherwise. Prior approval from your manager and a support request to ITS is required. If your account is shut off by mistake, please contact the Knox ITS Help Desk to get it resolved.

Password Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 12 characters long

  2. Include at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol

  3. Cannot be similar passwords you’ve used previously

  4. Cannot be your name or any variation of it
