Rise Vision: Getting Started
Navigating Rise Vision:
At the top left of the page, you will see the main tabs (Figure 1) that will take you back and forth in Rise Vision.
For creating a presentation (after you have uploaded content), click on “Presentations”.
To schedule when the presentation is shown on the display, click on “Schedules”.
To view all of the displays on campus, click on “Displays”.
For uploading content, click on “Storage”.
To receive some training on how to use Rise Vision, click on “Training”.
Uploading Content:
In the storage folder, you will see folders that pertain to the displays you are managing. Double click on the folder to upload your content in those folders. Once inside your designated folder, you can create a new folder by clicking on the "create folder" (#1 of Figure 2) . To upload a single file or multiple, you click on "upload files" (#2 of Figure 2). To upload a folder full of files/images, click on "upload folder" (#3 of Figure 2).
If you need to copy a file to put it in someone else's folder because they want to show the same thing on their display, click on #4. This copies the file. To move the copied file, click on #5, and select the folder to move the copy to. If you don't need a file, simply delete it by clicking on the file and then the trash can, labeled #6.
If you accidentally upload files to the main folder, move them to your folder or delete them.
