Step 1: Click on Printers at Knox to download the driver for the appropriate printer.

The model of the printer you are installingÂ
The number of paper trays on the printer
The different options of the printer
The required Mac driver for the printer, which will need to be installed on your Mac before you can print.
When you click to download a driver for your Mac, you may be required to log into Google with your Knox email account and complete two-factor authentication using your preferred method in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Step 2: In the chart, locate the driver you need and click the link to download. The link will open a new tab. The download has no preview, and will look something like this. Â If you receive a message from Google Drive about issues with the download, click âDownload Anywayâ.

This means that you'll be charged $0.30 per page rather than $.06 per page even if your document is in black and white on the screen. As such, we recommend that you create Black and White presets for each printer that you set up on your computer. For directions, refer to the manufacturer website utilizing a web search.

Error Printing? âHold for Authenticationâ Solution
To resolve this issue, you will need to forget the password for the specific printer in keychain.
To do that, just search for Keychain Access in spotlight (cmd + spacebar) and open it.
Then search for âprinterâ in the search bar and make sure you are at the âloginâ sidebar and under âall itemsâ navigation bar at the top. There, you should be able to see the list of printers you have connected to.
Right click on the printer and delete the printer. This will only remove the saved password for the printer and it will NOT uninstall the printer.
After that, you can try printing the document again and this time it will ask you to login again where you should put your new credentials that you are currently using for my.knox.
