Connect Mac OS to Knox-Wireless

Important: If you have attempted to connect to Wi-Fi by way of the Knox Guest Access network, these steps will not work.

Make sure to forget the Knox Guest Access network prior to connecting to Knox-Wireless.

Connect your Mac OS to Knox-Wireless

  1. Begin by clicking on the Wi-Fi icon in the upper right corner.

    1. Select Knox-Wireless.

  2. Enter your Knox credentials when prompted for Username (without the @knox.edu) and Password.

  3. You may be prompted to review the Certificate.

    1. Tap “Continue”.

  4. Be sure to Register your device next.

Note: All users must register their device.

If this does not work, please contact the Knox ITS Helpdesk for further assistance. We may need to review your currently registered devices.
