Connect Windows 10 to Knox-Wireless
Important: If you have attempted to connect to Wi-Fi by way of the Knox Guest Access network, these steps will not work.
Make sure to forget the Knox Guest Access network prior to connecting to Knox-Wireless.
Connect your Windows 10 device to Knox-Wireless
Make sure you are on the Windows Desktop of your computer.
In the lower right corner of the desktop, left click on the WiFi symbol.
Select Knox-Wireless and click connect.
You will then be prompted for your Knox Credentials, this will be your Knox Username (with @knox.edu at the end) and password.
Once you enter your credentials, you will be asked to accept our certificates and continue connecting.
After you see that the connection is connected you are ready to use the internet.
Be sure to Register your device next.
