Zoom Scheduler Extension

Like Google Meetings, you can schedule Zoom Meetings in Google Calendar, but for that you need to add a new extension. Follow the instructions bellow to do that:

1. Go to Google Extensions Web Store

   Open

   

    

2. Search for Zoom Scheduler

   Open

   

    

3. Click “Add to Chrome“

    

4. Go to Google Calendar

5. Create a new event

6. Click “Make it a Zoom Meeting“

    

7. It might ask you to sign in: choose sign in with google

8. Now, when you click on the event, you will be able to join the meeting and view some information about it
