Knox’s version of Jotform uses a Master Account / Sub Account Arrangement.

The page discusses the Master Account.

Master Account

The Master Account is KnoxAdmin.

  • This account is used to:

    • manage Sub-User accounts

    • Manage folders used for shared forms.

  • This account is tied to the email address of a member of User Services

    • For Billing Purposes

    • For product notifications from Jotform.

  • The password is NOT Single Sign On.

  • The account may be managed by:

    1. logging in as KnoxAdmin

    2. Clicking the account icon

       

    3. Click Settings

       

    4. Click Account

       

    5. Make the desired changes. Changes saved automatically.
