Jotform - Google Sheets Integration

About

Jotform has integration features which allow for the direct entery of data into Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Integration Setup Process

  1. Connect to Jotform

  2. Login

  3. Open the form in question for editing.

  4. Click the Settings tab

     

  5. Click Integrations

     

  6. From the listing which appears, click Google Sheets:

     

  7. When prompted, sign-in to Google and allow access to your drive. Use the dropdown arrow to select your @knox.edu account.

     

  8. Edit the sheet Google Sheet setup screen

    1. It is suggested you use a new spreadsheet

    2. Name the Google sheet. The default it the name of the form

    3. Leave the worksheet name as is

    4. Check the fields you wish to have in the worksheet

    5. Have existing submission? Checking this box will enter these into the spreadsheet as soon and you click the save button.

    6. Click Save.

  9. Subsequent entries to the Jotform will be automatically entered into this Google Sheet.
