Network issue on Knox Networks
About
Users are only allowed 5 registered device seats before needing to remove a device or add another device seat in their registration for the Knox network. If “Randomized MAC address” or “Private Wi-Fi address” is activated on your device, it will cause an issue with your registered device seats on the Knox network. This is due to a security setting that allows for the phone to generate a different MAC address every time the mobile device connects to a wireless network. The “Randomized MAC address” or “Private Wi-Fi address” is typically automatically turned on by default on newer devices.
Important: You need to turn off the “Randomized MAC address” or “Private Wi-Fi address” on all of your devices when you are connected to the Knox network.
