Google Calendars may be toggled may viewed on an end-users screen by toggling the calendar ON or Off. This is applicable to any calendar listed under My Calendars or Other Calendars.

To Toggle a Calendar On

Locate the desired calendar under your list of My Calendars or OtherCalendars.
Click on the calendar name. The calendar will now appear on the screen along with any other calendars you have selected to display.
The box to the left of the selected calendar will show the same color as the calendar as it displays with the other calendars you have selected to display.

To Toggle the calendar display off

Locate the desired calendar under your list of My Calendars or OtherCalendars.
Click on the calendar name. The display will toggle off.
The box next to the calendar will now turn white (empty).
