Familiarize yourself with the room
Main PC
The PC is located behind the TV.
When the PC is on, the light illuminates WHITE, if you find the PC turned off, press the power button once.
Do not shut down the main PC.
When finished, log off of the main PC.
Troubleshooting the computer
If you think the PC is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shut down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button once to turn it on.
Wireless keyboard
Look for the ON switch on the side of the keyboard.
The green/white light indicates that the keyboard is on.
If they keyboard is unresponsive, the batteries need to be replaced.
If the batteries have been replaced with fresh ones, check the computer to see if there is a USB receiver.
Wireless mouse
Look for the ON switch on the bottom of the mouse.
If they mouse is unresponsive, the batteries need to be replaced.
If the batteries have been replaced with fresh ones, check the computer to see if there is a USB receiver.
Sign in to the computer with your username and password.
When you are finished, log out and do not shut down the PC.
TV
To turn the TV on press the power button (outlined in red).
To bring up the input menu, press the “source” button (outlined in green).
To switch inputs, use the arrow up and down buttons (outlined in gold).
If the remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
To change inputs; press the ‘Input’ button (outlined in green). An input source display will pop-up on the top right corner of the TV where you can select the input using the up or down arrows.
Press the 'input' button on the TV remote to select your desired input source.

Microsoft Display Adapter
On the TV, go to HDMI 1.
On your PC, open the action menu and click on connect.
Enter the Pin from the TV when prompted on your laptop.
Roku
To turn the Roku device on, press the power button (outlined in red).
To bring up the input menu, press the “home” button (outlined in green).
To switch inputs, use the arrow up and down buttons (outlined in gold).
If the remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
To change inputs; press the ‘home’ button (outlined in green). An input source display will pop-up on the right-hand-side of the TV where you can select the input using the up or down arrows.
Wall Ports
Power Cable for the Crestron outlet needs to be plugged in to power outlet.
Green light on Crestron wall plate needs to be illuminated.
HDMI needs to be plugged in to wall port and laptop.
PC Audio
Note: Make all audio adjustments on the PC first.
Click the speaker icon (outlined in red).
Drag the slider on the bar left to turn down and right to turn up the volume (outlined in green).
The computer volume is muted if you see the speaker icon with an “x” next to it (outlined in red/green).
To unmute the computer, click the speaker icon with the “x” that is outlined in green.
