E-Time Error - Instructions to Clear Cache
If you are getting errors in E-Time, please clear your browser cache by following the appropriate steps below:
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Google Chrome
Firefox
Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge)
Google Chrome:
Step 1: Open Chrome, then open your browser toolbar in the top right corner (the three dots)
Step 2: On your browser toolbar, click “More Tools”, then click “Clear browsing data…”
Step 3: A new page will open. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
Step 4: Click “Clear data”
You should be done! Close and reopen all instances of Chrome. If you’re still having issues, contact the Help Desk at x7700.
Firefox:
Step 1: Open your Firefox browser click menu top right corner
Step 2: Settings
Step 3: Privacy and security, scroll down
Step 4: Cookies and data
Step 5: Clear cache
Step 6: Close and reopen all open Firefox browsers
Internet Explorer:

This tutorial will give you the steps to delete all or individual sets of files.
Open Internet Explorer.
IE 8: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
IE 9: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet OptionsOn the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box.
Check the Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History boxes.
The Form data, Passwords, and inPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you so choose.
Click Delete.
When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window.
Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
