Special / Utility Email Accounts

Special / Utility email accounts are those accounts for which there is no associated "real person" .

Examples include:

  • Helpdesker
  • Admissions
  • Adm-1 - Adm-20
  • Volunteer

Accessing Special / Utility Accounts

As of  06/01/13 these account types must be accessed via the my.knox.edu login interface.

Historical note:  Prior to 06/10/13 these types of  accounts had required that users use the following url to login: http://google.com/a/knox.edu
