TV
To turn the TV on press the power button (outlined in red).
To bring up the input menu, press the “source” button (outlined in green).
To switch inputs, use the arrow up and down buttons (outlined in gold).
If the remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
To change inputs; press the ‘Input’ button (outlined in green). An input source display will pop-up on the top right corner of the TV where you can select the input using the up or down arrows.
SHARP LC-70LE632U inputs listed:
HDMI 1 - LG Blu-Ray player
HDMI 2 - Main PC
HDMI 3 - Guest HDMI
HDMI 4 - Not in use
The rest of inputs are not in use (as seen in the picture above as not available)
Main PC
When the PC is on, the light illuminates WHITE, if you find the PC turned off, press the power button once.
Do not shut down the main PC.
When finished, log off of the main PC.
Troubleshooting the compute If you think the PC is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shut down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button once to turn it on.
Wireless keyboard
Look for the ON switch on the side of the keyboard.
The green/white light indicates that the keyboard is on.
If they keyboard is unresponsive, the batteries need to be replaced.
If the batteries have been replaced with fresh ones, check the computer to see if there is a USB receiver.
Wireless Mouse
If they mouse is unresponsive, the batteries need to be replaced.
If the batteries have been replaced with fresh ones, check the connection to the computer and make sure the USB is plugged in.
Camera
Using the Camera in a Virtual Session
Knox ITS supports the use of the camera with Zoom/Google Meet. However, the camera may be used with most commonly used video conferencing software e.g. Skype, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, JoinMe.
Using the ceiling mounted camera in a virtual session:
Start your virtual session.
The camera will auto turn on, but will not automatically start sending video.
To send camera video to the stream, click the “Start Video” button outlined in red below.
You may toggle video and off using this button.
Using the Remote Control
The remote requires "line of sight" to the front of the camera to work properly.
The buttons:
Mirror - Flip the image on screen so people appear on the opposite side.
Zoom Out - Make people smaller.
Pan and Tilt - Right, Left, Up, Down
Zoom In - Make people bigger.
Camera Presets - preset views for the camera in terms of zoom, pan, and tilt.
White - the front third of the room
Green - the middle third of the room
Orange - the back third of the room
Home - Returns camera to the opening view of the room.
Photo - Takes a still image.
Video Mute - Toggles video on and off.
Microphone
This microphone is connected to the back of the computer, be careful not to pull it too much and rip it off the computer, when moving it around.
It’s main purpose is to improve audio quality on remote meetings, people should be able to hear you clearly.
Blu-Ray player
